Salad Collective offers two easy-to-use dental plans insured by Delta Dental of Colorado. 

• The Low Plan covers up to $1,000 in basic and major dental services per plan year. This coverage is in addition to the cost of preventive exams and cleanings (which are covered at 100% when you visit an in-network provider).

• The High Plan includes an enhanced $2,000 annual maximum for those who may need additional care. Orthodontia is also covered at 50% on the High Plan for children up to age 19. 

You are encouraged to visit in-network dentists to reduce your out-of-pocket costs and avoid getting balance billed. Three out of four dentists nationwide have chosen to be a part of the Delta Dental provider network, which makes it easy for you to find a dentist who is conveniently located and fits your needs.
